Carved from one piece of Indiana Limestone, the sculpture reflects a series developed by the artist involving legs holding up two half spheres.
The work was commissioned as part of the 2002 Kettering Rocks! International Stone Sculpting Exposition. During the exposition, eight sculptors from around the world were given 20 days to create their works in Delco Park. The completed works were then relocated to various public sites throughout the city of Kettering. This sculpture is currently installed at Indian Riffle Park.
