A statue of Major Henry Kaldenbaugh standing atop a tall monument to Civil War soldiers. It is inscribed, "Erected to my brave and gallant comrades of Tuscarawas County who fell in defense of our glorious Union, by a member of the 51st Ohio Vols. 1861 - 1865. Erected May 19, 1887. Presented by Major Henry Kaldenbaugh."
