A relief sculpture on the north concrete abutment of the Oxbow (Richland Ave) Bridge, one of two that was added during the rehabilitation of the bridge. It depicts the Marietta to Cincinnati Railroad that ran under an earlier incarnation of the bridge from the mid-1800s to 1900. There is an accompanying plaque that gives more information on the railroad.
