This sculpture depicts a kneeling angel holding a bunch of flowers, as if placing them on the gravesite. It is installed at the head of the grave of Ethel Dahl Campbell (March 13, 1872 - December 26, 1911).
While the details of its history are unclear, the statue is believed to be made of Italian marble. It is also believed to have been placed in remembrance of the death (in 1888) of an unnamed infant buried nearby.
