The majority of the murals are located downtown and two are located in Hollywood Plaza just 1.5 miles from downtown. This mural is the smallest in the series measuring 10 ft x 20 ft. It was created by Suzanne Kelly Fry & David Fry. This mural depicts Steubenville's Miners & Merchants Bank on its opening in 1913. It shows a boy depositing his savings from a piggy bank, plus, a miner and mechanic. The bank served the working-class citizens of the city. It was locally owned for many years until it was recently purchased by the National City Bank.
