Two stainless steel open work towers, polygonal in section with various heights and profiles. Each has a large tapered base which houses vents and an emergency staircase leading from an underground service area. The towers contain blue and gold lights which enhance the form. The north tower is topped with a bulbous roof vent which spins in the wind while the south tower terminates in a crown form.
